Artist's Description
This original oil painting has shades of reds in the sky, with a moon peeking behind the clouds. The still water of the river has shades of blue with the moonlight reflected on the water. The water has thick, horizontal paint texture.
The original watercolor painting was donated to the fire department in Windcrest, Texas, for their yearly firefighter picnic and silent auction for October 2021. The funds raised go to purchase much needed equipment for the mostly volunteer department.
